The FY2019 Strategic Plan is due Tuesday, July 21, 2018. Please use the link below to answer questions to form your narrative resonse. The focus and objective of the SBR Program is to have units provide the largest number of SBR prime contracting opportunities.

FY2018 SBR Quarterly Report Template and Instructions

 
The Fiscal Year 2018 SBR Quarterly Reports are due to the Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (GOSBA) on the following dates:
 
  • 1Q - December 8, 2017
  • 2Q - January 31, 2018
  • 3Q - April 30, 2018
  • 4Q - July 31, 2018
 


Quarterly SBR reporting is now CUMULATIVE
The report requirements and template have changed significantly. You are strongly advised to read the attached instructions and example before completing the report.

 
 
Submit the reports to GOSBA via email to reports.goma@maryland.gov.
 
 
 

 

FY2017 SBR Annual Report

 

FY2017 Small Business Reserve (SBR) Annual Reports are due to Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (GOSBA) by Tuesday, October 31, 2017.

 

There are changes to the template since last year. Please take time to read the report instructions as they have been modified to provide more clarity regarding how to properly complete the report.

 

REMINDERS:

 
  1. Your report must be signed by the unit head and the chief financial officer and forwarded to the GOSBA no later than Tuesday, October 31, 2017 COB.
  2. You must submit your report and supporting documentation to GOSBA via electronic transmission to reports.goma@maryland.gov.
  3. In order to comply with COMAR 21.13.01.03B and BPW Advisory 2005-1, you must submit a copy of your SBR annual report to the Board of Public Works. Please send an electronic copy (preferred but not required) to BPW c/o:
